deal, but you are taking a chance that you are dealing
with a honest person. Is there a clear title? Has the
property been surveyed and properly marked? What about the flood
zone? What are the rules concerning septic systems and
drilling a water well? Don't buy 5 acres and find out
that you must have at least 7 acres to drill a well!!! Don't
buy a 60x120 lot in a city and find you have to have 180 feet for
your septic drain field!!! A licensed realtor can help
avoid mistakes.
