SABINAL HELPING HANDS: People Helping People. An
organization of volunteers working with donations
from the local community and churches to help needy families. All
donations are greatly appreciated.
We welcome any donation of food or money. Food staples are
needed, such as beans, rice, flour, corn meal,
and powdered milk. Canned goods are needed, such as tomatoes,
corn, green beans, and soups. The storage
area is small but clean and well equipped with freezers and
refrigerators. You are welcome to come by and
visit. Cash donations are needed to purchase food from the San
Antonio Food Bank at a great discount
especially if the food is picked up in San Antonio. Cash is
needed for fuel and storage utilities.
This organization is approved by the Internal Revenue as a
non-profit and your contributions are tax deductible.
